To ensure proper aeration of the lagoon at its wastewater treatment plant, the industrial company “les volailles de Keranna” initially used inclined aerators with a power of 22 kW. However, these inclined aerators had a low oxygen supply-to-energy consumption ratio.
To meet the need for reduced energy consumption, we recommended the installation of high-performance low speed floating aerators equipped with IE4 efficiency motors.
To facilitate maintenance, access walkways were added to the turbines, ensuring simplified and secure servicing.
Additionally, to ensure optimal homogenization during anoxic phases, Europelec integrated two floating Euromix agitators with a power of 22 kW.
This solution enables “les volailles de Keranna” to benefit from a more efficient and energy-saving effluent treatment system, perfectly meeting their performance and sustainability requirements.
