Equipment designed for primary and secondary settling tanks in urban or industrial wastewater treatment plants that contain solids and can then be extracted for sludge processing.

Scraper bridge made entirely of aluminium and stainless steel for extremely long durability (compared to galvanised steel solutions in particular).

Stainless steel weir blade for clarified water discharge

Stainless steel skimming blade - to capture floating matter

Stainless steel surface scraper to direct scum and other floatable particles to the discharge hopper

Stainless steel hopper for the discharge of scum and other floating materials

Geared motor and drive, allowing the rotation of the whole bridge, located at the end of the construction located within a frame which also serves as a support

Non-driving support wheel ensuring the stability of the bridge when rotating

Ring collector for the power supply of the bridge components

Hinged central pivot

Stainless steel feed-well to distribute the effluent inlet flow

Stainless steel and EPDM tank scrapers – moves the sludge to a central collector where it is discharged by gravity
