The company operates branch offices and workshops in SPRINGDALE (ARKANSAS-USA). All our products are manufactured in Belgium in our factory located near Halle. Specialized in boiler works, and mechanics, our production teams master a know-how that allows us to assure you quality products. Aquaturbo™ has the opportunity to count about forty people among its workforce and tends to grow continuously!

Our sales team consists of multilingual engineers, supported by our international network of agents and distributors.
Their knowledge and experience of CAO-SOLIDWORKS software is an asset in designing and validating all elements of your project.

Environmental protection is at the heart of SFA enviro business, directly related to water treatment and water quality. The constant search for improved efficiency of the aeration devices (gross specific input or GSI) also contributes to reducing the energy consumption of water treatment and thus to protecting the environment.
SFA enviro considers safety a priority and regularly organises training for its employees to raise awareness of safety on site.
Aquasystems international NV has been certified following the audit of safety, health, environment and quality practices and procedures as a registered supplier on UVDB Verify Category B1 Audit - Category B1.
Steelwork produced in-house
Control of the manufacture of components
Tll manufacturing work, and in particular the steelwork, is produced in-house. Some of the other components are manufactured by a number of subcontractors, whose production is audited and fully verified throughout the year by us. This is to ensure that our products meet our high standards when they leave their factories. By controlling the manufacture of the components essential to the operation of the Aquaturbo ™ range of equipment, we can ensure a consistently high level of quality in production.
The know-how of our skilled workers (some of whom have more than 25 years’ experience) is perpetuated through a recruitment and apprentice training programme which has enabled us, in particular through exchanges with Promeo, the training centre of the Union des Industries et Métiers de la Métallurgie (Union of Metalworking Industries and Trades) – to recruit nearly ten young boilermakers, fitters and installers in 2018-2019.

All our product ranges have been designed with materials and components to ensure the durability and reliability of our equipment.
All our steels are of Belgian origin. Certificates of origin can be provided on request.
We choose from among the most renowned manufacturers and ensure that they meet specifications that are much more substantially demanding than those of their standard manufacture.
The Aquaturbo™ has demonstrated a very high level of design quality, so that it has become the only direct drive surface aerator in the world offered in sizes up to 200 kW (270 HP) where previous generation aerators stop at 75 kW (100 HP). These advantages translate into lower operating costs for wastewater treatment plants, both in terms of energy consumption and maintenance and repair costs.
