Optimization of our equipment through advanced mechanical simulation with ANSYS

At Europelec, we use the ANSYS simulation software to analyze the behavior of our structures and equipment before installation. The objective is to verify the mechanical strength of each component in compliance with safety standards.

We are proud to share the results of our latest study conducted with this tool. The mechanical design of a 12-meter aluminum alloy footbridge, intended for a scraper bridge, was carried out using the finite element method (FEM).

Key results:

  • Minimal deformations: Analyses show very low bending displacements, ensuring great stability.
  • Excellent mechanical strength: The structure demonstrates a highly satisfactory safety margin for the loads associated with the scraper bridge’s operation.

This study, conducted by our engineering department, confirms the reliability and robustness of our designs for industrial installations.

We extend our gratitude to our technical team for their commitment to delivering high-quality solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Safety, reliability, and durability are at the core of our priorities.
